Gov. Brian Kemp is in Savannah as Tropical Storm Ian moves out of Florida and will impact the Georgia coast. After the storm passes over Florida, it is forecast to make a second landfall over South Carolina as a tropical storm. As it works northwestward, some impacts can be expected in Georgia.
