EVEN THOUGH THE BEACH IS NOT OFFICIALLY CLOSED, YOU ARE ENTERING AT YOUR OWN RISK! THERE’S STILL DEBRIS FROM HURRICANE IAN BURIED IN THE SAND AND IN THE WATER. BACTERIA LEVELS ARE ALSO HIGH. BECAUSE OF THIS, CITY OFFICIALS ARE ADVISING THAT YOU WEAR SHOES WHEN WALKING ON THE BEACH AND STAY OUT OF THE WATER.
