If you use Fort Bend Co. toll without tag and don’t pay within 30 days, you could lose your vehicle

FORT BEND COUNTY, Texas (KTRK)– In Fort Bend County, if you do not pay your tolls, you might lose your lorry.

On Tuesday’s program, commissioners will think about a resolution that enables the county to take a person’s automobile if they do not pay the toll. This is how it will work.

If you utilize the Fort Bend County toll and do not have a toll tag, you will be sent out a caution notification with the quantity owed. If the quantity isn’t paid within 30 days, the owner will get a composed toll notification. If it is not paid within 30 days, the owner will get a last composed notification.

If not paid within 30 days, the owner deals with a misdemeanor and overdue notification. If not paid 30 days after that, a hearing will occur where the county can then acquire the lorry.
